Good Neighbors Cameroon (GNCMR), is a branch of the International NGO Good Neighbors International (GNI), based in Seoul, South Korea. GNI has been in existence since 1991 and works in up to 40 countries around the whole world, principally in the domain of humanitarian action and community development.
Project Context:
The government of Republic of Korea through his International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) will fund Good Neighbors to implement “Community-led management of Neglected Tropical Diseases through improvement of drinking water and sanitation environment in Central Region of Cameroon”.
Good Neighbors Cameroon will implement the project from January 2022 to December 2024 in the Centre Region, Cameroon. Specifically, it will target all school age children from 5-15years living in the Centre Region in order to reduce morbidity and mortality by controlling NTDs, particularly schistosomiasis (SCH) and soil-transmitted helminthiasis (STH).  Activities will include mass drug administration (MDA) support, community-led water and sanitation education/campaign, borehole installation, and so on.

Duty Station:  Bastos, Yaoundé Cameroon with possibility of travel within the country
Duration: Six months renewable if the budget allows
Hierarchy: Under the supervision of the Administrative and financial Department

SPECIFIC PROFILES REQUIRED:  
To be admissible for this position, the candidate must satisfy the minimum qualification.
The candidates would be preselected and those who meet the minimum qualification would be considered. The minimum qualifications necessary for the position are listed below:
1.    The applicant must not be over 25 years of age.
2.    A university diploma in accounting, business management or finance.
3.    A knowledge of English and/or French, written and spoken is strongly required.
4.    Knowledge of the MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint information systems is required.
5.    Willingness to work under pressure and heavy workload with a positive spirit and attitude.
6.    Capacity to carry out tasks assigned qualitatively within the deadlines.
7.    High level of respect and Integrity in all circumstances
8.    Be in excellent Heath.
Documents for Submission:
The candidates must submit the following documents in English;
1.    A signed motivation letter and a Curriculum Vitae
2.    Photocopies the most recent certificates or highest certificate
3.    Photocopy of National Identity Card.
4.    Attestation of work or internship acquired.
5.    Three (3) professional references who are not family members or close persons. The references must be capable of providing substantive information on the performance and capacity of the candidate. At least one reference provided should be from a current or former supervisor.
NB:
1.    Only selected candidates will be contacted for the next stage
2.    The latecomers will not be allowed to enter the Organization for the written tests, they will be disqualified automatically
3.    Submission of any fake documents will cause automatically disqualification and cancellation of the application
4.    Good Neighbors will not cover any expenses of candidates during the recruitment process
