ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– To process transactions in line with approved bank’s SLA/TAT.
– To ensure compliance with the banks’ procedures and regulatory guidelines is observed in transaction processing activities
Service Management
– Ensure review of previous day work as assigned is done timely
– Ensure that customer’s application to book /liquidate is obtained
– Ensure that required parameter for the type of loan
– Ensure that signature verification is in line with customer’s mandate accordingly
– Ensure that all required documents are attached along to the request
– Ensure that required parameter for the type of loanhas been met by the account holder
– Ensure that the booking is made with correct rate, date and tenor
– Ensure that approval is in place for loan booking withexceptions to rate, tenor etc
– Ensure that charges are taken on loan booked by confirming from the account
– Ensure that charges are taken on loan booked by confirming from the account
– If liquidation, confirm that the account is funded up to the tune of the loan to be paid back
– Ensure sol changed to right sol requesting before processing
 

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Good knowledge of back office operations
 
SKILLS REQUIRED:
– Good knowledge and understanding of banking operations.
– Excellent customer services capabilities.
– Analytical Skills/Problem solving skills
– Paying attention to details
– Good Interpersonal Skills
– Fast and error free processing
– Ability to learn fast and take instruction
– Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
– Industry specific certifications
 

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience with at least two (2) years spent in Operations.
