IT TECHNICIAN SUPPORT

The company Europe Afrique Services (EAS), specialized in subcontracting and
human resources management, is recruiting for the needs of its client, a large oil
and gas distribution company, an IT Technician support, for a mission of 1 year.
RESPONSABILITIES
 Develop, deploy, support, continuously improve and manage missioncritical applications that integrate enterprise systems.
 Work to reduce the total cost of ownership of the ERP deployed.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
 Participate in the formulation, development and implementation of
business application policies and strategies in line with business objectives.
 Plan, coordinate and ensure the deployment of business application
systems to meet business, security and control requirements.
 Maintain, upgrade or enhance existing user systems.
 Troubleshoot and provide ongoing assistance to users.
 Advise on the use of new techniques,
 Monitor transactions to measure performance and ongoing effectiveness of
assigned systems, etc.
 Ensure that modifications/customizations to corporate systems satisfy user
requests and are optimal in relation to the organization's overall goals and
objectives.
 Identify and prioritize application initiatives to be implemented in liaison
with management and other business units.
 Analyze user requirements and translate them into new applications.
 Identify application system integration and linking issues.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
 Experience in the installation/uninstallation and maintenance of software,
antivirus, office suites for a company fleet;
 Experience in IT support;
 Knowledge of security standards and procedures
EXPERIENCE
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience for work of the same nature.
You have a taste for challenge.
LEVEL OF STUDIES
BAC + 5 IT Engineering
LANGUAGES AND OTHERS
-English : professional
-French : fluent
DURATION OF THE MISSION
1 year.
