Title: ISA strategic plan consultant

About us:
Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is an African non-governmental organization led and coordinated
by women. ISA specializes in advocacy and strategic communication, with the main objective
of contributing to the improvement of the health of populations. Our mission is to strengthen
local civil society and empower affected communities to improve quality health services and
end malaria. As for our vision, we want to see all communities resilient and empowered to
lead healthy lives in a malaria-free Africa with people-centered health services that are
accessible, equitable and affordable to all.
We are looking for a strategic plan consultant. He/She can work remotely or be based in
our headquarters in Cameroon.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The specific objectives of the mission are to:
 Identify the optimal strategic positioning of ISA;
 Develop strategic and positioning documentation to support ISA to focus its
development and positioning efforts strategically and effectively (theory of change,
capacity statement, foundations for strategic plan...)
QUALIFICATIONS
 Master’s degree in communication, advocacy, social sciences or a related field;
with at least 2 years of experience
 Or a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in communications;
 Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment;
 Excellent writing and speaking skills
 Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) to
produce professional documents to international standards and to participate in
discussions and debates;
 A positive and dynamic attitude;
 Strong organizational skills;
 Ability to plan, prioritize and organize own work and that of others;
 Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
 Ability to work independently and team spirit.
