RELAUNCH OF THE NOTICE OF CALL FOR TENDERS

  CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - N° 001/CEI/MDM-CH/GC/PRG/LOG/2024 of 18/03/2023

Doctors of the World Switzerland (MdM-CH) is a non-governmental, humanitarian, impartial and independent organization providing medical assistance to populations affected by armed conflict, the effects of climate change, poverty and exclusion.

Present in Cameroon since 2016, MdM-CH is currently implementing a project titled "Improving access to maternal and child healthcare in rural and semi-urban areas in Mezam Division, in the North-West region of Cameroon." Within the framework of this project, MdM is seeking the services of suppliers for the provision of medical equipment for partner health facilities in the Bamenda, Bamenda III and Tubah health districts.

Specifically, the equipment will be supplied in the health facilities identified for this purpose as indicated in the table enclosed in this call.

Each bidder's offer, written in French or English, must meet a number of conditions described below”.

Conditions to be met:

- Submit a declaration on honor relating to the exclusion and selection criteria for contracts

- Be approved by Cameroon's Ministry of Public Health to supply medical equipment

- Provide up-to-date proof of legal existence, in particular:

·         Copy of the applicant’s Trade Register

·         Copy of the approval from the Cameroon Ministry of Public Health for the sale of medical equipment

·         Copy of taxpayer's card

·         Copy of certificate of non-bankruptcy

·         Copy of tax compliance certificate, up to date and less than three (03) months old

·         Location map of the supplier

·         A bank attestation

- Submit a technical offer (according to the attached template)

- Submit a financial offer (according to the attached template)

Deadline for submission of applications: 8^th April 2024 at 05h30pm local time.

File deposit location: MdM-CH's offices in Yaoundé office located in Bastos between the Chinese Restaurant Orient Rouge and the Pharmacie Alliance or in Bamenda located at UP STATION, 100m from the ADMIRALTY Hotel.

Item to be supplied: Home-made radiant tables.

Technical characteristics: Home-made radiant tables made of wood with a mattress and with four (04) drawers and 12 good quality, high intensity bulbs.

FINANCIAL OFFER

The supplier's financial offer must include:

The price of complete radiant tables as well as the costs associated with their installation in each health facility specified above.

A certificate of financial capacity attesting to the tenderer's ability to finance the contract without requesting an advance before full delivery of the items.
