Role Description

- Full-time Application Support Specialist role at ZEEGO.
- The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth operation and functionality of our applications.
- This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being performed at our location in Communauté urbaine de Douala, but some remote work is also acceptable.

Qualifications

- Application Support and Technical Support skills
        Strong analytical skills.   
        problem-solving and  
        issue resolution
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Beneficial skills and qualifications

- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry Knowledge of smart mobility technologies
- Experience with customer support.
