The Ideal candidate must reside in Bamenda, Cameroon and should meet the following requirements:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire and retain B2B clients.
2. Drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies for B2C segments, ensuring growth in app usage and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
4. Utilize market insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve customer experience.
5. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the Fintech and banking sectors.
6. Represent KiiBank at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the Fintech or banking industry.
2. Demonstrable success in developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
3. Strong network and relationships within the financial services industry in Cameroon.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
5. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
