POSITION: CATEGORY GROWTH & CYCLE PLANNING MANAGER

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI

• As a Category Growth & Cycle briefing Manager, plays a pivotal role in growing your assigned categories;

• Expanding our product range;

• Ensuring the best shopping experience for our customers and drive adequate engagement of the UCB commercial team via the cycle briefing platform;

• Driving growth with UCB NAB portfolio brands by driving insightful NAB brand opportunity to unlock growth.

• This position requires a leader who can work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment;

• Possess great business judgment, with a track record of strong project delivery, deep analytical acumen, custodian of commercial standards and sales fundamentals along with great team work ability as the role involves working with multiple stakeholders;

• A Bachelor's degree at the minimum;

• Age range between 30 YO to 40 YO;

• 5+ years of professional experience in category management.
