AURE RH Recruitment Services Sarl, a Member of the AREKO GROUP, is looking to recruit a JCB Operator for a construction company.

Job title: JCB Operator (French and English speaking).   

RESPONSABILITIES :

·         Operate backhoe loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth and other materials;

·         Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety;

·         Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently and accurately;

·         Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to coordinate activities on-site;

·         Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies;

·         Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites as needed;

·         Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or safety.

PROFILE :

·         High school diploma or equivalent;

·         Valid driver's license; CDL preferred;

·         Proven experience operating backhoe loaders or similar heavy machinery;

·         Knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols;

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents;

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

·         Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

·         Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) as needed;

·         Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods;

·         Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
