 The Danish Refugee Council, hereinafter referred to as DRC, is an international non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization founded in Denmark in 1956 and has since grown into a global structure present in over 40 countries.

DRC started its Cameroon activities in 2018 and currently comprises a coordination office in the capital Yaoundé, a zone office in Buea covering the Northwest and Southwest regions, a zone office in Meiganga covering the Adamou and East regions, and currently an office in Kousseri covering the Far North region of Cameroon.

DRC Cameroon with its base in Buea will proceed with the launching of a Request for Quotation in a bid to purchase Visibility Materials for the Cameroon Mission which are all in strict compliance with DRC’s procurement procedure. The award of contracts will strictly be based on the best value for money as clearly stated on the RFQ form.

The purpose of the tender is to sign a purchase agreement with suppliers for a period of 02 years which may be renewable for a period 12 months. Delivery of the item will be done at the DRC office in Bastos, Yaounde.
