INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS MANAGER (M/F)
LITTORAL / DOUALA / BONANJO

The company Europe Afrique Services (EAS), specialized in subcontracting and
human resources management, is recruiting for the needs of its client, a large and
prestigious bank, an Individual Client Manager , for a 4 months assignment.
RESPONSABILITIES
Your main mission is to ensure the operation, management and development of a
portfolio of customers and prospects, and to develop relationship banking by
providing a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Develop and manage customer and prospect portfolios.
• Identify sources of portfolio growth within your environment, in order to
carry out profitable prospecting actions.
• Use reports provided by support services to guide sales action.
• Advise customers and prospects on products and services adapted to their
needs.
• Sell banking products and services with a view to increasing the number of
customers.
• Compliance and Operational Risks.
• Assemble and monitor credit applications to completion on time.
• Compliance with the current Credit Granting Policy (CGP).
• Regularly monitor customer limits and commitments.
• Initiate pre-litigation actions.
• Facilitate the collection of receivables in conjunction with specialized
business units.
• Ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
• Take appropriate measures or report alerts on operational risks to line
management.
• Business skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services aimed at individual customers,
ability to apply customer interview, sales, negotiation and prospecting
techniques, mastery of rules relating to compliance, the fight against fraud
and money laundering, KYC and customer file reliability, good general
economic and financial culture, fluency in English.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
Results-oriented, customer-focused, risk-taking, ability to negotiate, team spirit,
ability to synthesize, tenacity.
EXPERIENCE
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience for work of the same nature.
You have a Good computer skills (Pack Office).
LEVEL OF STUDIES
BAC+3 in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Management or any equivalent
discipline.
LANGUAGES AND OTHERS
-English : professional
-French : fluent
DURATION OF THE MISSION
4 Months.
