Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our services

Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and sampling under supervision
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and materials
- Collect, record, and analyze data accurately
- Maintain organized and detailed laboratory records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures
- Perform quality control checks and calibrate equipment
- Participate in training and professional development

Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- 1-2 years of laboratory experience (internships welcome)
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety and protocols
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
