We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced to join our dynamic team at our factory in Kribi, Cameroon.

SUFFICIENT ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC KNOWLEDGE, MATERIAL NORMS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Knowledge of technical circuit diagrams, the use of measuring instruments, electronic and electrical measuring techniques, with the use of institutional and applied professional knowledge.

TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITHIN THE LIMITS OF AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE-REPAIR AND INSTALLATION WORKS OF ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONIC AND AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

To be responsible for the determination of various types of malfunctions that may occur in the equipment, and which do not show a routine, to find the causes, to eliminate them and to commission the equipment.

TO ENSURE AND SUPERVISE THAT THE PERSONNEL WORKING UNDER HE/SHE COMPLIES WITH OHS RULES

Contributing to the suggestion system by giving suggestions.

Supervising a team of Electrical and electronics maintenance workers.

Troubleshoots and repairs electronic equipment either on site or in the MCC room.

Modify, test, calibrate, and document system configurations to meet compliance requirements.

Provide feedback to the preventive maintenance team.

Support plant electrical expansion projects.

Other duties related to the purpose of the job, as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

· MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE OR ITS EQUIVALENT · At least 5 years of solid professional experience in an industry

· STRONG LEADERSHIP AND TRAINING ABILITIES · French and English oral and written proficiency, required.

· NO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS · Team spirit.
