A microfinance in Douala is looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner.
The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training and managing staff, and asking clients for feedback.
The ideal Branch Manager must have strong leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead the branch team
* Perform administrative duties at the branch level.
* Lead sales to increase revenue and profitability.
* Train employees and evaluate their performances.
* Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
* Prepare reports on sales.
* Create and maintain relationships with clients.
* Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
Branch Manager Requirements:
* Be bilingual-English/French
*Excellent sales skills
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
* Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business management or a related field.
* Have at least two years of working experience in either a category 2 or a category 1 microfinance
