Médecins du Monde Suisse (MdM-CH) in Cameroon is looking for an individual consultant or a team of consultants to carry out a mid-term evaluation of its project. " Strengthening the protection of vulnerable populations in the North-West and West regions of Cameroon "

The skills required for the mission are:

- At least 5 years of higher education in social sciences or human rights

- Additional training in gender and development, project evaluation or results-based management would be an advantage

- At least 3 years' experience in coordinating GBV initiatives

- Experience of working with government agencies, local and international NGOs and financial partners

- Demonstrate knowledge of the region/localities where the project will be implemented, particularly the Northwest (experience of working in the Northwest region on GBV would be a strong asset)

- Have conducted at least two (02) evaluations of women's protection or women's rights projects as lead consultant, including at least one (01) on a GBV project

- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
