Monthly Compensation (net): 150 000 FCFA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hard working warehouse and logistics professional, who will maintain our
inventory stock, prepare orders for our clients and organize our clients delivery, condition and monitor our
grain while in storage. This role will closely work with and directly report to the production manager as well as
recruit and manage seasonal workers. The ideal candidate is an extremely organized individual who enjoys
working independently while maintaining consistent communication with the whole team. A successful candidate
would have at least two years of warehousing experience, preferably at a cooperative, or another agribusiness,
and is keen to work in a non scripted, fast-paced environment.

We are a food storage, drying, and distribution company that sources products from smallholder farmers, whom
we support during the season with input loans and training, so that they can be more productive. We transform
the farmers' produce into standardized, graded products that we sell across the country, to buyers who can be
sure of the quality they receive.
What We Do
We provide agricultural financial solutions and services to smallholder farmers. Our asset-based credit is in the
form of fertilizer, seeds and crop protection products, enabling farmers to be more productive. We transform the
farmers' produce into standardized, graded products that we sell across multiple market segments in Cameroon.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inventory control:
● Ensure goods received follow defined procedures and quality control checks before entering the
warehouse
● Maintain inventory by conducting regular circle physical stock counts and comparing with recorded
quantities on the shared drives
● Track and communicate weekly stock levels to the sales team and production manager
● Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the warehouse and initiate periodic fumigation and
pest control inspections
● Spot check the grain for weevils, mold and other impurities
● Operate our Dryer machine and proceed with the corn conditioning process
● Recruit and manage at least 6 seasonal workers
Delivery of clients orders:
● Tally outgoing stock while respecting FIFO for batch deliveries
● Update records both online and hard copies
● Ensure clients sign delivery notes
Conditioning of corn:
● Verifying grain moisture at reception
● Operating, loading, unloading & bagging dry corn
● Organizing conditioned corn into ready to sell stacks
NB:Since this process involves operating a very sensitive machine, the selected candidate shall be
trained by the production manager before being allowed to proceed alone.
Qualifications:
● At least 6 months professional work experience in an agribusiness;
● Must be fluent in English and French (oral and written);
● Problem solver with excellent attention to details;
● Strong analytical skills;
● Strong technology skills (knowledge of word, excel, google docs);
● Bachelor’s degree preferred.
