Role Overview
As the Innovative Entrepreneurial Lead, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy,
and execution of our innovation initiatives. You will lead a diverse team of creatives,
technologists, and business strategists, collaborating across functions to incubate and accelerate
breakthrough ideas. Your entrepreneurial background will enable you to navigate ambiguity,
identify market opportunities, and bring new business models to life.
This is a high-impact role where you will be empowered to shape the future direction of the
company’s innovation pipeline, working closely with senior leadership and external partners to
drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that
aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth goals.
• Manage the Innovation Pipeline: Identify and incubate high-potential ideas, transforming
them into scalable, market-ready solutions. Oversee the end-to-end innovation process
from ideation through prototyping to commercialization.
• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset to identify new
business models, partnerships, and markets that can drive long-term value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product, marketing, and
operations teams to ensure innovative concepts are translated into impactful products and
services.

• Build a Culture of Innovation: Inspire and mentor team members, fostering an
environment of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Encourage a failforward mentality and support risk-taking within defined parameters.
• External Partnerships & Ecosystem Building: Develop strategic relationships with
startups, academia, industry leaders, and innovation ecosystems to keep abreast of
emerging trends and technologies.
• Metrics & Impact: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
success and impact of innovation efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and learning.
Qualifications:
• Entrepreneurial Experience: Proven track record of launching and scaling new ventures,
products, or business models, ideally in [relevant industry/sector]. Experience in a
leadership role within an innovation-driven or startup environment is highly desirable.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to think big while executing pragmatically, translating high-level
strategies into actionable innovation roadmaps.
• Innovation & Product Development Expertise: Strong understanding of product
development processes, from ideation to prototyping to commercialization. Familiarity
with design thinking and lean startup methodologies is a plus.
• Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated success in building, leading, and
inspiring diverse, cross-functional teams. Ability to foster a collaborative and high-energy
work environment.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of current and future market trends, customer needs,
and technological advancements. Ability to spot emerging opportunities and capitalize on
them.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the
ability to effectively engage and influence senior executives, external partners, and other
key stakeholders.
• Education: A master’s degree in business, Engineering, Design, or related field. An MBA
or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
