The WorldWide Fund for Nature (WWF - Cameroon) hereby announces a call for public tender for the auction of a standby generator.

3.    Deadline for submission

5.    Terms and conditions of sale
     This standby generator, which is the subject of this invitation to tender, is being put up for auction as is and will be awarded to the highest bidder.
     Potential bidders have the possibility during the period of the notice to inspect the object of this auction and/or to delegate a person or a technician to inspect it, every working day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. No visit be accepted before and after this precise time frame.
     The opening of bids will take place 07 working days (from 10 a.m.) after the closure of this the closure of this notice of invitation to tender and the results will be available for consultation at the WWF Cameroon offices.
     The bidders may be expected to be present an/ or represented at the opening session.   The of payment and withdrawal of the item will be specified at the time of the auction.
6.    Conflict of interest
6.1    Tenderers must strictly avoid conflicts of interest with other assignments or with their own interests, and act without regard to future work. Tenderers in a situation of conflict of interest will be disqualified. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, tenderers and their affiliates will be deemed to be in conflict of interest with one or more of interest with one or more parties in the context of this consultation procedure, if they if they
a.    are or have been associated in the past with a company or one of its subsidiaries that have been contracted by WWF Cameroon to provide services for the for the preparation of the design, specifications, terms of reference terms of reference, cost analysis/estimation and other documents to be used for the other documents to be used for the procurement of goods and services under this selection process.
b.    have been involved in the preparation and/or design of the programme/project related to the goods and/or services requested under this invitation to tender; or tender; or
