is recruiting a Treasury Custody & business optimization officer
ready to work across the national territory.
The position is based in Douala.

JOB PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safeguard and manages the securities and other assets of mutual funds under the bank’s custody.
Revaluation of asset management portfolios.
Recruit new portfolios for the bank.
Maintain constant relationship with Mutual funds and the regulatory to avoid conflicts and have
smooth operations.
Ensure treasury business optimization in terms of resources, processes and controls.
Responsible to review all sales and purchases of assets, reconciliation of cash and confirmation
of shares/units transferred to the right investor.
Ensure accurate and updated information for each unit holder of the mutual funds with respect
to regulation.
Send security releases confirmation copies to fund managers.
Processing instructions of mutual funds.
Provide other support to the unit as and when needed.
Fully ensure the regulatory role of custodian as per the regulation of COSUMAF n°1 of the 21 st
July 2022.
TEAM
Support custody and treasury team so as to enable them achieve set targets.

 JOB PROFILE
Education
Work Experience
Bac + 3 minimum in Finance, Management, Banking, Marketing or related field of study.
Minimum of 2-years working experience in a financial institution.
Skills
Analytical

Ability to market and establish client relationship
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge
Broad knowledge COSUMAF regulations and financial market practices
Working Knowledge of Excel
Appreciation of securities Accounting
CEMAC Financial and money market.
REPORTING
Reports to Head, Treasury & FICC
