Job Description:

 We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Market Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our market presence and unlock new business opportunities at international level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing growth strategies, entrepreneurship mindset, Business skills, identifying untapped markets, and fostering key partnerships to accelerate revenue and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with company objectives.
Identify and analyze new market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development) to design market entry strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Monitor and report on key growth metrics and provide actionable insights.
Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs and inform product/service positioning.
Manage and optimize growth budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (as a minimum qualification) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with entrepreneurial mindset.
5+ years of experience in market growth, business development, or related roles.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated success in driving market expansion and achieving revenue targets.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like CRM, Excel, and analytics software.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
