Terms of reference for the recruitment of one (01) Supervisor for the implementation of the activities of the HIV-TB prevention component of GC7 aimed at Sex workers and their Clients (TS/CTS)
Context
Cameroon is a beneficiary Of the Global Fund grant as part of the implementation Of the project "Acceleration Of HIV prevention to contribute to the reduction Of morbidity and mortality linked to HIV and tuberculosis by 2026 under the grant
CAMEROUN" where CARE International in Cameroon (CARE) was selected by the National Coordinating Body of Cameroon (ICN) to act as Principal Recipient (PR) Of the Civil Societv/Component community.
The main objectives Of the project contribute to the reduction of morbidity and mortality linked to HIV. the mitigation of the social and economic burden Of HIV the development of the country and facilitates access to diagnosis and treatment Of all forms. Tuberculosis including prevention to end the global tuberculosis epidemic.
TO ensure the implementation Of this ambitious program. Care and Heath program (CHP) recruited as Sub- Recipient Of CARE International in Cameroon, for its experience. competence and ability to work and provide assistance to Workers Of Sex and their Clients: HJMFRIEH Was recruited as by Care and Heath program (CHP) for the implementation Of this program in Buea Health District. for its experience, competence and ability to work and provide assistance to Sex Workers and their Clients US/CTS). To this end. she was made responsible for the implementation of community interventions to combat HIV in the city of BUEA,
The project aims to implement HIV and tuberculosis prevention actions Within the community Of sex workers and their clients. as part Of the GC7 Program. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising field activities,
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation Of HIV prevention activities in accordance With established action plans,

Canv out 01 data quality to the Coordinator; Guiding peer Educators on the tools their release for data collection
• Coordinate teams in the field and monitor per(orrnance indicators.
• Ensure that the compiled data F, sent monthly to the
• Paniclpate in the planning of project activities and
• Ensure the qualltv Of Interventions and compliance with established protocols.
• Contribute to the development of activity reports and monitoring.waluation plans, Liaise with partners and stakeholders involved In the project.
l. REPORTS
The Supervisor will work under the direct supervision or the Coordinator at the central level 01 HUMfRiEH. However. he/she Will réDött tö the Diteetör and Will work With the units under the responsibility of the Programme Officer as well 05 the Head of Administration and Fina nce.

• University degree in Public health, Social seientes, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in supervising community health projects. preferably related to HIV-TB etc.
• Good knowledge of issues related to sexual health, HIV. TB and GOV.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and manage complex situations.
• Mastery of tools and data collection
The candidate wili have to be ievei•neaded, task achiever, resilient, dedicated to the values and ideals ot HUMFRIEH and the entire program, (with good availability). In addition, it will be important demonstra te:
• Knowledge of the general organization and functioning the organization; Good knowledge of project/prograrnme management, monitoring and evaluation;

• A proven spirit o/ teamwork;
• A spirit of synthesis, analysis and constructive criticism:
• A good knowledge of French and/or English (spoken and written); Fluent and clear oral speech;
• Good knowledge of computer tools, in particular the Office suite (Word; Excel: Publisher; Power Point.„)
