Descriptif

Apave Cameroon is recruiting a Human Resources Manager (M/F) for one of its clients in the healthcare sector.

You will play a key role in the strategic management of human resources within a dynamic healthcare facility. Your mission will be to ensure the optimization of personnel management policies to guarantee a harmonious and productive working environment for all hospital staff.

You will act as an advisor to management on all human resources matters, focusing on talent development, performance management and employee retention.

An essential part of your job will be to implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates in the healthcare sector, while ensuring that the facility adheres to quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for conflict management and social relations, ensuring a peaceful and constructive social climate. By collaborating with various departments, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the hospital's organizational culture while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Finally, you will be involved in the development and implementation of training programs tailored to the needs of employees, thus promoting their professional and personal development.

Missions:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the hospital.
Manage the recruitment process, from job description creation to candidate selection.
Coordinate and control the payroll process, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with legal obligations.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance to promote their development.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships between employees and management.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
Manage workplace conflicts and propose constructive solutions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Degree in human resources, management, or a related field.
10 years of experience in human resources management, including 5 years in a similar position in the healthcare sector.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and applicable health standards.
Project management skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with diplomacy.
Proficiency in computer tools and human resources management software.
Bilingual (French/English).
Good listening skills and ability to work in a team.
