We are looking for a skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our HR strategy in line with our company's vision and growth objectives.

- Location: Douala, Cameroon
 - Start Date: Immediately

- Your Profile:

- Master’s degree (M1 & M2) in Human Resources Management or related field

- Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and training

- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in the telecom or tech industry is a strong plus
