Skills/Experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor relations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex workflows.
Proven ability to respect deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
High level of integrity, discretion and
