JOB INFORMATION

Job title :  Sales Specialist

Reports to : FMCG Manager

Location : South West and North West Region.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Win and retain new customers ;

• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions (products, services, benefits)

• Understand the characteristics of services and products in order to better advise customers ;

• Know how to negotiate prices in order to close sales ;

• Manage a customer portfolio by processing and delivering orders on time ;

• Know how to handle customer complaints in the context of after-sales service in order to improve customer satisfaction ;

• Monitor the competition and make proposals for improving an appropriate commercial policy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Education : Sales, marketing, commerce, or any other relevant degree

• Level of education : Minimum GCA level.

• Personal qualities : Honest, ambitious, responsible, serious, able to work under pressure.

• Professional experience : Significant experience in sales, ideally in fast moving consuming good

• Age : minimum 21 years old.

• Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
