Marcsons Hotel. a premier hospitality destination in Limbe, is seeking a com- petent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance department. This role requires a high level of accuracy, integrity, and commitment to financial best practices in the hospitality industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports. 

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/rece wable, booking, and bank reconcillations. Prepare tax retunts and deciarations.
Monitor budgets, expenditures, cash flows. 
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
Coordinate and work with the internal controlier during audits.
Maintain inventory and aset registers 
Process payroll with the HR and staff benefits in a timely and accurate manner. 

Generate monthi)). quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Support procurement and expense tracking for all hotel departments. 
Recommend cost-saving strategies. and contribute to financial plannng
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting princples and hospitality financial operations. •Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,
QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP systems). 
Advanced Excel skills and analytical ability. 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
Excellent organizational and time mana- gement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of confidentiality integrity. 
Strong communication skills (wiltten iverbal)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of prefessional accounting experience thospitality. industry preferred),
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
