Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for collaboration to develop a Proposal for the Cameroon Government e-Learning Platform for Health Workforce Capacity Building.

Background:
 
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Cameroon, alongside five other organizations, has been formally invited to submit a proposal by August 25, 2025, to develop the Cameroon Government e-Learning Platform for Health Workforce Capacity Building. This platform will expand access to standardized, high-quality training for healthcare workers across the country.
 
CHAI is seeking qualified organizations or consortia with experience in e-learning, digital health, instructional design, or health systems strengthening to collaborate in jointly developing this proposal.
 
This collaboration is voluntary and non-remunerated at this stage. However, if the proposal is successful, CHAI will establish a formal agreement with selected partners to deliver on the project.
 
Areas of Contribution
 
Partners may contribute to:
•    Technical design and system integration
•    Content development and digital curriculum design
•    Training and capacity building strategies
•    Low-connectivity and multilingual solutions
•    Sustainability and government ownership models
 
How to Apply
Submit a short EOI (max 4 pages) including:
•    Organization profile and relevant experience
•    Proposed contribution to the proposal development
•    Key personnel are available to engage
•    References from similar past work
