Call for Tenders - Ref: NSI/02/2025 for the Supply of Food Commodities - Nascent Solutions Inc.

Nascent Solutions Inc. (Nascent) is a US-based non-profit organization committed to development
and humanitarian initiatives. Founded in 2004, Nascent is dedicated to promoting self-reliance by
harnessing the creative and entrepreneurial drive of women and youth in rural Africa to solve
problems, build resilient local economies, and improve the quality of life for their families and
communities. Nascent’s major areas of intervention are education and literacy, agricultural and food
security, Maternal and child health, gender equity, and humanitarian assistance.
Within the framework its current Five-year McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and
Child Nutrition Project in Cameroon, Nascent invites qualified Agric suppliers, individual farmers,
and Common Initiative groups (CIG’s) to submit tenders for the supply of Chicken Eggs, Palm Oil,
Bio Fortifed Maize and Bio Fortified Beans based on the following delivery details:
- Chicken Eggs: To be delivered directly to the designated project schools in each region once
every two weeks for the duration of each school term.
- Palm oil, Bio-fortified Maize and Bio-fortified Beans: To be delivered at Nascent’s four
project warehouses in the Adamawa (Ngaoundere), East (Bertoua), North (Garoua) and North
West (Kumbo) regions.
