As we scale our operations to meet growing demand, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Projects Manager to join our team.
Role Summary
As the Projects Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of solar installation projects- from planning and budgeting to implementation and post-installation support. You'll manage project teams, liaise with clients, and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. | © https://minajobs.net/ 
Key Responsibilities
. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of solar installation projects.
• Manage relationships with clients.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Carry out feasibility studies and implementation planning.
• Schedule and supervise the installation teams.

Mange quality control and commissioning activities.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or construction sector.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Nifty, Trello, or similar).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel to project sites across Cameroon.
