Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? IntelHRC is seeking an
Operations Manager to shape and drive the operational success of our organisation. This critical role
ensures seamless operations across HR, compliance, and central services while creating a culture of
innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Manager will oversee multiple
operational departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organisational
objectives. The role involves spearheading strategic initiatives, enhancing service delivery, and
ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that support innovation,
growth, and organisational sustainability.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and
enhance service quality.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage leaders in client service, people management, and
compliance.
• Client-Centric Operations: Ensure exceptional service delivery by monitoring performance
and addressing client needs proactively.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Establish robust frameworks to manage risks and meet
regulatory requirements.
• Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with the CFO to optimise budgets and achieve financial
targets.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing compliance, risk, and HR operations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
