We’re a professional, registered and legalised real estate agency, and we’re looking for a motivated Branch Manager to lead our Bonamoussadi office.

No real estate experience required though some experience will be a plus

 Key Responsibilities:

✓ Lead & support the estate agent department 
✓ Manage daily branch operations
✓ Handle property listings & negotiations
✓ Grow branch performance and revenue
✓ Deliver excellent customer service
✓ Build strong relationships with clients & partners

 Requirements:

* Experience in real estate or sales is a bonus
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Results-driven and proactive
* Professional appearance & customer-oriented
* Knowledge of Douala real estate is an advantage
* Must be bilingual (French and English)
* Aged between 22 and 40
