- Position: Quality Officer (QHSE) - Pre-employment internship & Quality Controlers
- Location: Bonabéri (Douala), Cameroon
- Contract type: Pre hire internship (2 months)

POSITION DESCRIPTION
BRIC is hiring a Quality Officer (QHSE) in pre-hiring internship and 02 Quality Controlers.

MAIN MISSIONS (Quality Officer)
• Lead the quality and safety audit, drive the participatory rewriting of procedures with the process owners, prepare certification elements and set up reporting tools to enable effective remote management.
Conduct audits of priority processes (findings, gaps, risks).
• Rebuild and formalize procedures.
• Document and implement process improvements.
• Ensure effective and efficient management through dashboards and KPIs.
• Support and train the 2 Quality Assistants
• Prepare deliverables that support effective and efficient management.

PROFILE WANTED
• Degree in QHSE, Quality, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial company (production, maintenance, quality).
• Residence in Bonabéri or ability to move there quickly.
• Fluency in French and English (English Speaking Profiles highly Prioritized).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of Odoo or an ERP is a plus.
• Rigor, analytical mind, ability to facilitate workshops and work with field teams.
• Confidentiality and Discipline in documentation.

- Pay: 100,000 FCFA per month
