Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer/Instructor in Child Protection to join
our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child
protection, a commitment to educating future professionals in the field, and the ability to deliver
engaging and informative lectures and training sessions. This role offers an exciting opportunity

Responsibilities:
● Design and deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions related to child protection,
ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
● Develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, presentations, reading materials,
and assessment tools.
● Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters active participation and
encourages critical thinking among students.
● Provide mentorship and guidance to students, offering insights into career paths within
child protection and related fields.
● Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in child protection to
continuously enhance the quality of instruction.
● Collaborate with other faculty members to refine curriculum, share resources, and
contribute to the overall academic goals of the program.
● Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning
and growth.
● Participate in faculty meetings, departmental initiatives, and contribute to program
development efforts.Qualifications:
● Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field such as Child Protection, Social Work,
Psychology, or Education.
● A proven track record of professional experience in child protection, including but not
limited to research, practice, or policy.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience
● Prior teaching or training experience, preferably at the tertiary level or in professional
development settings.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
concepts in an understandable manner.
● Passion for child rights and protection, with a commitment to fostering a safe and
nurturing environment for children.
● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
effectively.
● Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
Preferred:
● Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
● Teaching Language : English
● Experience working in multicultural or diverse settings.
● Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
