Summary:
The work schedule for this position is:

Duties
Incumbent will assist the Facility Manager in overseeing maintenance, repairs, work orders, landscaping, janitorial, make ready projects and overall customer service for keeping workplace and housing safe, and well maintained. The incumbent will act as Assistant Post Occupational Safety and Health Officer (A/POSHO) when required. This is a full-time position and requires a secret-level clearfance.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years' of experience in an administrative or supervisory position is required.
(Please note that one credited year of working experience is equal to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours)
Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma
(Please note that you need to submit U.S. education equivalency certification/transcript if you studied in a foreign college/university).

LANGUAGE: English (Good Working Knowledge); speaking, reading and writing is required. This may be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel), and typing skills (30 wpm) is required. This may be tested.

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in Yaounde, Cameroon may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
