**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Yaounde. The ideal candidate will be proficient in UX/UI design principles, possess strong visual and brand design skills, and have experience with both digital and print media. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and user-friendly designs that align with our brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and pain points.

- Develop information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and usability tests.

- Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.

- Develop visual designs including composition, color theory, typography, and layout.

- Produce designs for digital and print media, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.

**Technical Skills:**

- **UX/UI Design:** Proficiency in user experience and user interface design principles, including user research, user testing, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

- **Visual Design:** Strong understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, and layout. Experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.

- **Brand Design:** Ability to create and maintain a cohesive brand identity, including logo design, brand guidelines, and brand voice.

- **Digital & Print Design:** Knowledge of design requirements and best practices for both digital and print media.

- **Development Tools:** Familiarity with prototyping tools and potentially basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI and visual design projects.
