MAIN MISSION
Lead the development of the fuel card business in the country and achieve agreed volume and margin targets.
RESPONSABILITIES
· Take responsibility for achievement of the volume, margin and revenue objectives.
· Ensure that the fuel card delivers value –adding benefits that would meet and exceed customer expectations.
· Lead the development of a high value customer base build strong and effective customer bonds through positive interaction and tactful negotiation.
· Take responsibility for timely collection of Trade Accounts Receivable.
· Regularly gather competitive market intelligence to determine evolving trends that impact the business and make appropriate decisions timely.
· Ensure that up to date procedures guiding the operation of the card are in place and followed.
· Coordinate the tasks with the support function to have done on time (IT, Procurement, Finance, etc.)
· Ensure adequate controls are in place to protect the company and the customers from financial/reputation loss.
· Work with IT and the terminals service provider to ensure minimal interruption to the business.
· Budget management and control.
· Contract Management
· Credit Management
· Financial Analysis
PROFIL
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing (Preferable in Oil and Gas distribution).
· University degree in Sales and Marketing (Minimum BAC +4 or BAC +5)
SKILLS:
· Possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, sound business judgment and ethics, good time management
· Mastering of Office (Word, Excel and Power point) at a Professional Level
· French and English proficiency - Professional Level
