For over twentyfive years, ACMS has been providing the Cameroonian population with comprehensive, evidence-based public health interventions, including programs in reproductive health, malaria and HIV prevention among others.

Join us! !The Association Camerounaise pour le Marketing Social (ACMS) is looking for candidates in the Monitoring and Evaluation Assistants (M/F) to provide services in the PEPFAR supported sites in the Adamaoua and North regions.

 What do we recruiting ?

This position will be responsible for all M&E and quality improvement activities at the supported site by ensuring proper documentation of services, collection, reporting, and utilization of site data for program improvement. The M&E Assistants will ensure that the data of the supported site is of good quality and protect site patient-level databases from security breaches and data losses. They will work in partnership with to Strategic Information Specialist.

 Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all M&E-related activities at assigned sites in close collaboration with Data Clerks/ACRR, ART clinic service head, and other facility-level staff.
Supervise the documentation of services, data collection, and reporting activities in assigned sites.
Monitor site-level data qualities, track the progress of activities, and contribute to staff capacity-building initiatives as necessary.
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly data analysis, and present site achievements and gaps in programmatic data across the clinical cascade (Testing, Linkage, Treatment, Retention, and Viral suppression).
Ensures the availability of recent versions of all program documentation tools at the site.
Ensure that the supported site schedules and holds data review and validation meetings, coordination meetings, QI meetings, and other site-specific meetings to review site data/achievement, and identify and address programmatic gaps.
Support and supervise the data clerks to accurately and legitimately enter program services from various source documents into electronic databases (DAMA)
Supervise and support data clerks in the generation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for all program indicators across the clinical cascades.
Ensure that ACRR/Data clerks generate and submit quality reports to RTG on monthly basis.
Conduct monthly DQA activities at the supported site to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Participate in routine quarterly DQA exercises organized by the program.
Have an understanding of the development and use of interactive dashboards.
Analyse data weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and share with the clinical team and other stakeholders at site level
Ensure the establishment and functionality of the CQI team and committee at the supported site.
Act as a content expert in the identification and implementation of quality improvement projects at the support site.
Support team efforts in the accomplishment of program goals.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and program information for the supported site
 

Qualifications and skills required:

Sc. degree in Public health, Science or any related fields;
Knowledge of HIV Care, Treatment, and management is an advantage.
Possesses the ability to navigate between 2 or more sites and deliver tasks in timely and accurate manner;
Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, excel, access, and PowerPoint.
Competent in data analysis, presentation and use.
Experience in data systems like DAMA is an advantage.
Capable of carrying on multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Fluent in French and English languages. Understanding of the Fulbe language will be and added advantage
