Missions :
Reporting to his/her line manager, the HR Assistant will be responsible for :
Ensure the administrative management of personnel (CNPS monitoring, payroll management, contracts, etc.).
Manage relations with partners
Ensure internal communication by acting as a link between general management and employees
Ensure the development of human resources (assessment, training, motivation)
Participate in building the corporate culture
Ensure that staff have the resources they need to carry out their tasks successfully
Manage staff recruitment effectively in accordance with company rules
Ensuring that all employees receive training and that their skills are upgraded
Ensure that staff files are up to date
Ensure compliance with basic health and safety rules in the workplace
Job profile :
At least 3 years' higher education in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
At least 1 year's professional experience in the field
Good human resources management skills
Have a good knowledge of the regulations (laws, orders, decrees) in force in Cameroon on work and working conditions
Have a good command of computer
Personal qualities
Be passionate about new technologies and/or digital;
Be of good character, rigorous and have good organisational skills;
Have a good command of French and/or English;
Ability to adapt to change;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally;
Be proactive, curious, dynamic, perceptive and friendly;
A sense of discipline and responsibility.
