Position: Procurement/Supply Chain Specialist – Construction Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement/Supply Chain Specialist with expertise in office building construction to ensure the seamless acquisition and management of resources for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project timelines and budgets.

Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with key vendors.

Ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for office building construction projects.

Coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery to construction sites while minimizing costs.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials used on-site.

Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize the supply chain.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical procurement practices.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to anticipate and address supply chain needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in construction.

Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and vendor networks.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software.

Familiarity with local procurement regulations and international sourcing.
