Your Mission
As a Strategic Communications and Partnerships Officer, you will drive IFP-EH’s visibility and develop strategic partnerships with companies, NGOs, and local and international institutions.
3-Month Onboarding Period:
●    Gain in-depth understanding of IFP-EH’s mission, vision, and programs.

●    Actively participate in communication initiatives and events.

●    Identify an initial portfolio of potential sponsors and partners.

●    Develop your skills in strategic communication and partner outreach.

At the end of this period, the position will become paid and may evolve into a permanent contract (CDI/CDD), depending on performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
●    Define and implement external communication strategies to strengthen IFP-EH’s visibility.

●    Organize and coordinate workshops, conferences, and events to showcase our programs to humanitarian and educational actors.

●    Identify, approach, and negotiate strategic partnerships with sponsors and institutions.

●    Facilitate contacts and collaborations between the institute and its partners.

●    Design and publish innovative communication materials (brochures, newsletters, social media posts, press releases).

●    Track partnerships and produce clear and actionable reports.

Candidate Profile
●    Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or related fields.

●    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in communication, institutional promotion, or partnership development (or demonstrated potential).

●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●    Strong negotiation and networking abilities.

●    Ability to represent the institute with diverse stakeholders.

●    Initiative, autonomy, and organizational skills.

●    Proficiency in digital tools and social media.

●    Knowledge of local and international economic and institutional landscapes.

●    Fluency in French; English proficiency is a strong asset.

Additional Assets:
●    Experience in humanitarian or educational sectors.

●    Event organization or awareness campaign experience.

●    Budget management for communication and partnerships.

Performance Indicators 
During Onboarding:
●    Full understanding of IFP-EH programs and activities.

●    Identification of an initial portfolio of potential sponsors and partners.

●    Active participation in at least one event or workshop.

After 3 months:
●    Number of strategic partnerships and sponsors acquired.

●    Number of awareness sessions and events organized.

●    Growth of the institute’s visibility across networks and among partners.

Reporting and Collaboration
●    Reports directly to the General Director of IFP-EH.

●    Works closely with Training, Marketing, Logistics, and Communication teams.
