REVENUE ASSURANCE ANALYST

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct sales, trade, and distributor audits to ensure compliance with pricing policies, trade schemes, contractual agreements, and commercial standards.
• Monitor revenue assurance by identifying and investigating revenue leakages, unauthorized discounts, duplicate claims, pricing discrepancies, and reporting variances.
• Verify the accuracy and integrity of sales, inventory, customer, and financial data across SAP and other reporting systems.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify fraud risks and process weaknesses, and drive corrective actions to strengthen compliance and governance.
• Prepare audit reports, analyze sales performance trends and exceptions, track action plan implementation, and support month-end reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Audit, distributors, and customers to resolve issues, support investigations, and promote continuous improvement.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Audit, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Commercial Audit, Revenue Assurance, Sales Operations, or Finance.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, milling, agribusiness, or distribution businesses is preferred.
• Good understanding of sales processes, trade promotions, pricing controls, and credit management.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify anomalies.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Results-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel across Cameroon for field audits and market visits.
