 Job Summary: We seek a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Travel Assistance Coordinator to join our team in Douala, Cameroon. The ideal candidate will manage comprehensive travel arrangements for patients and travelers with medical needs and emergencies, working closely with healthcare professionals, transportation providers, insurance companies, embassies and private clients to ensure smooth travel experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
     Coordinate Medical and Non-Medical Transportation: Arrange and manage ground and air travel logistics per client specifications, ensuring seamless journeys.

    Adapt and Reroute as Needed: Quickly adjust travel plans in response to delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
    Prepare and Submit Quotes: Provide accurate travel quotes, maintaining cost transparency.
     Client and Customer Support: O>er responsive support during shifts, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
    Collaborate with External Partners: Work with travel agents, consulates, and other providers to secure optimal travel arrangements.
   Ensure Proper Documentation: Assist in obtaining necessary travel documents, including visas and medical clearances.
    Communicate Travel Details: Regularly update clients, medical sta>, and travelers on travel plans and changes.
     Provide Documentation for Billing: Ensure accurate travel documentation for billing and record-keeping.
    Customer Service: Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service.
    Assist with Administrative Duties: Support other administrative tasks as needed.


Required Skills:
 
    Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

     Proficiency in Microsoft OPice products

     Strong communication and interpersonal skills

     Attention to detail and business ethics

     Ability to adapt and problem-solve quickly

     Worldwide geography awareness and flexibility in diverse situations

     Focus on patient experience and compassionate care

 
Education:
     Bachelor's degree
